Time Management

You only get 168 hours a week.

Assuming you sleep 8 hours a day that is 56 hours a week. (by the way, very few of us spend that much time in bed)

2 hours a day for hygiene (shower and brushing your teeth) and breakfast 14 / week (and you are not that sanitary... even if you include laundry and house chores)

Church 3 hours (get real you probably don't go to Sunday School, or home groups... but you should).

That leaves you at least 95 hours for work and family.  The PDF below is a blank schedule for you to keep track of where all your time is going. If you don't know what you spend your time on, you can't make wise decisions on what to change.  It's a lot like budgeting. If you don't know where your money goes you can't make changes to spend it more wisely.

Additional Hint:  Most phone have a "screen time" monitor.  Look and see how many hours a week you are spending on social media or games.

I'm not going to tell you what that magic balance should be because it is different for every family.  But use this pdf to figure out where your time goes and make the adjustments you need to be a better husband and father.
